How do I track my order?
To track order go on website www.usps.com. Once on website look to the left of website. Where it says tracking (add a tracking number) type tracking number. Press the enter key on computer or laptop keyboard. On the following page tracking detail will appear.
What are your delivery options?
There is only one delivery option. We ship standard. We are located in China. Shipping takes 15-30 days. We encourage our customers to order as much at once so that all can arrive at one time and not in increments causing more and longer wait times for customers having to wait for shipments.
How do I return an item?
Each package that customer recieved has two addresses listed on package. One address is the customer address. The other address is where package came from. Customer can send package back to address listed on package. When customer wants to return package customer may contact us by phone or email so and inform us that they wish to return an item that way we can send return fee to customer paypal so that customer does not have to pay for shipping fee of return. Once customer ships return and email us tracking number to show proof of return customer will be refunded right away of same day of sending package. For customer service we refund customer money back before recieving return item that is why tracking number for return is required. Without customer providing tracking number for proof of return customer is causing prolong of refund. Without tracking number of return customer will not be refunded until we recieve actual return.

If you would like to contact USPS other than through their website you may contact them at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).USPS hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8 AM - 8:30 PM ET & Saturday 8 AM - 6 PM ET. USPS is closed on Sundays.
Do you provide International delivery?
We provide any and all types of delivery including international. If customers would like to recieve there items faster than 15-30 days customer can pay $10 shipping to recieve item in 10-15 days or $15 shipping to recieve item in 5-10 days.
What is your returns policy?
Customer have up to 30 days to return item only if not opened and is in its original wrapping. If customer opens package they have 7 days to return.
